For the past seven (7) years, TMHS explored field of emergence medical care and occupational health and safety tremendously. We have been working over almost all Tanzania regions including hard reaching areas such as Kigoma and Southern regions. We conducted several air and surface medical evacuation for several fatal incidents including ship submersion, community fights, fall of buildings, vehicle accidents, bomb blasts, machine trapping, cardiac attacks, venomous snake bites, and etc. from across the country and overseas mainly to Kenya, Johannesburg and India.
We operated medical clinics to over 50% of Tanzania regions and provided occupational health and safety solutions to customers across various industries such as constructions, mining, oil and gas explorations and agriculture. Through working with various customers from around the globe and remote hard to reach areas in Tanzania, we have remained with experience that help us to provide optimum individualized solutions to our customers and guarantee quality services always.
Since 2015 we have gained enough experience on hazardous waste management , We have collected , transport and dispose thousand tons of hazardous waste such oil and gas waste , industrial chemicals, metal waste, unfit cosmetics, expiry drugs and medical items, health care wastes, substandard items, confidential documents expired foods and clothes and electronic wastes. We transported these waste from Islands and mainland by sea and road from client premises within Tanzania to our disposal site Kisarawe and safely disposal under supervision of dedicated government authorities.
